Pablo Gil Diez De León

Pablo is a director specialising in transfer pricing, with 15 years of experience advising multinational groups, listed companies, financial institutions, and investment funds. He holds degrees in law and business administration from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a master’s degree in taxation from the Centro de Estudios Financieros, and is a qualified lawyer and economist.

Pablo has extensive experience in the design and implementation of transfer pricing policies, financial transactions, business restructurings, permanent establishment profit attribution, and transfer pricing documentation projects across a wide range of industries, with particular expertise in the financial sector.

He is also a frequent speaker at professional conferences and training programmes and the author of articles and publications on tax and transfer pricing matters.
