Joel Morante

Joel is a partner and the national transfer pricing leader at Deloitte Chile. He has over 15 years of international experience across the US and Latin America and is widely recognised as an expert in transfer pricing, value chain transformation, and global tax restructuring.

Throughout his career, Joel has led complex projects for major multinational corporations, focusing on tax model restructuring, the automation of transfer pricing processes, and the implementation of innovative value chain solutions. His expertise spans various industries, including retail, pharmaceuticals, technology, and financial services. Before rejoining Deloitte, Joel held senior leadership positions at PwC in Washington DC. He is recognised for his ability to drive value through automation and strategic planning.

Joel is a certified public accountant and holds bachelor of science and master of science degrees in accounting from the National University of Rosario, Argentina. Additionally, he holds a master’s degree in international relations from Georgetown University, with a specialisation in international economics and finance.
