Yusuf is a partner at DDTC with over 10 years of professional experience in Indonesia. He was formerly a tax consultant in a prominent Dutch-based tax advisory firm, where he was involved in cross-border international tax structuring projects.
His areas of focus are transfer pricing dispute resolution, international tax transactional work, and M&A, as well as regular tax advisory. His advice always includes practical solutions with a keen eye on the intricacies of the Indonesia tax environment.
He holds an LL.B degree from Leiden University and an LL.M (with honors) degree from Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. He holds an ADIT qualification from the Chartered Institute of Taxation, UK, and is a licensed tax attorney in Indonesia.
