Santos E. Briz has the degree in Accounting from the Universidad Panamericana and is actually Managing Partner of the Tax Division of Salles, Sáinz – Grant Thornton, S.C. in Mexico City.
Santos began his professional experience in 1992 in Chevez, Ruiz, Zamarripa y Cia., S.C., where he became Associate since 1999. In 2006 he left Chevez, Ruiz Zamarripa y Cia., S.C. in order to join Salles, Sáinz – Grant Thornton, S.C. as Partner of the Tax planning division.
Other Activities: Active member of the Mexican College of Public Accountants and member of the Tax Committee. Santos has been professor of the Tax Practices course in the tax Add-Graddum at the Universidad Panamericana and external advisor on the design and review of academic tax study programs He have also taught the Chair of Excellence tax course at the Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA).
Active member at the Mexican Finance Executives Institute (IMEF). Several tax publications, conferences and courses in Mexico and abroad.
