Beatriz Guerra is a Transfer Pricing Partner and Partner in Charge of the Guadalajara Office at Salles Sainz Grant Thornton. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de México (UNAM), with a specialization in tax matters from CCPGJ, and a Master's in Business Administration from the Universidad del Valle de México. She is a Certified Tax Professional by IMCP. She excels in preparing studies, opinions, and consultations on transfer pricing, restructuring, company valuation, intangible assets, and advance pricing agreements. Beatriz served as the President of the Asociación Mexicana de Mujeres Empresarias, A.C. del Capítulo Zona Metropolitana de Guadalajara (2013-2016) and was a member of the National Board of Directors of the Asociación Mexicana de Mujeres Empresarias, A.C. (2016-2018).
Beatriz Guerra is a member of the Transfer Pricing Commission of the Colegio de Contadores Públicos de Guadalajara Jalisco (CCPGJ), and the Regional Commission of Transfer Pricing of the Instituto Mexicano de Contadores Publicos (IMCP). She is also a member of the National Technical Committee on Transfer Pricing of the Instituto Mexicano de Ejecutivos en Finanzas (IMEF) and a member of IFA Grupo Mexicano, A.C. in the tax and transfer pricing study committees.She is the author of various publications for Puntos Finos magazine, IMEF Magazine, and other media outlets. She has participated as a speaker in various courses and forums on transfer pricing and has been a lecturer at the Tecnologico de Monterrey, CCPGJ, CCPM, and the Instituto de Especializacion para Ejecutivos (IEE).
