Rohan is a Tax Partner based in Singapore. He has more than 27 years of experience in International Tax. He is the Tax and Legal Leader as well as the Business Tax Leader for Deloitte Singapore. He also leads the Consumer Products Industry group across Southeast Asia. Rohan leverages his international experience to provide comprehensive tax solutions to clients in Singapore and across the region. He works with clients across a range of industries, including consumer products, real estate, hospitality, infrastructure, and technology.
Rohan is a Chartered Accountant from India and an Accredited Tax Advisor (Income Tax) with the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals. He has a deep understanding of tax regulations in both Singapore and India, and regularly advises clients on market entry strategies, cash repatriation, withholding tax planning, and mergers and acquisitions.
