Yvaine is a Deloitte Partner and Leader of the Global Investment and Innovation Incentives (Gi3) practice in Singapore. She has extensive experience advising businesses across industries on broad-ranging investment activities, such as headquarters, innovation/R&D, manufacturing, supply chain management, talent/capability development, finance and treasury.
Yvaine is also the leader for Deloitte Southeast Asia's SheXO Program, which supports the personal and professional development of established, emerging or aspiring women leaders by creating a supportive environment for them to connect, grow and drive change in communities to advance women in leadership.
Prior to Deloitte, Yvaine was with the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), the lead government agency in facilitating investments in Singapore. At EDB, a major part of her role was to customize incentive packages for key investment projects, as well as facilitate companies in the end-to-end process of incentives management.
Yvaine has considerable experience engaging senior C-suite executives on their investments in Singapore and the region, particularly in the evaluation, negotiation and management of incentives.
In addition, Yvaine advises companies with existing incentives in fulfilling investment commitments, as well as in the re-negotiations and renewals of incentive packages.
Yvaine holds an Honours degree in Chemical Engineering and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
