Richard Meerstra

Richard is an associate at Taxand Netherlands, focused on international taxation and real estate transactions, including the overlap between real estate transaction tax and VAT.

Richard advises on Dutch and international corporate tax positions, on domestic and international real estate transactions and helps clients with setting up investment structures. Besides real estate clients, he advises clients in a variety other sectors.

Richard is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB).
