Maud Kallen is a senior associate with Taxand Netherlands specializing in M&A, sustainable investing and international taxation.
Maud advises multinationals and private equity on their international corporate and withholding tax position and how companies can be compliant in the rapidly changing environment of EU international corporate taxation law. She works with private equity and multinationals on M&A deals as well as restructuring and refinancing projects.
Maud founded and heads Taxand’s Sustainable Investing practice as part of our M&A practice. She is personally committed to pursuing a sustainable lifestyle and would very much like to contribute to this goal in her professional life too.
Maud is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers and she graduated cum laude in the postgraduate Mergers & Acquisitions at the VU University of Amsterdam.
