Pablo has over 19 years of experience in providing domestic and international tax advice to financial institutions, specifically in matters related to banking, capital markets, asset management, and the insurance business.
He has focused his professional career on tax advice to all types of entities in the Financial, Insurance, Venture Capital and Private Equity sectors, highlighting his role in M&A operations (debt, equity, “non-core” assets, etc.), refinancing, structured finance, securitization and issuance of all types of securities and hybrid instruments, both national and “cross-border”, as well as in the design of products with a tax component and the advice to management entities of both UCIs and CRs.
He is currently developing the Financial Sector tax practice at EY, building the benchmark team for the sector at a national and international level.
