She has more than 20 years of experience dealing with corporate income tax, tax due diligence and structuring advisory services.
Araceli is specialized in acquisition and vendor due diligence services and has expertise in complex cross-border acquisitions and divestments, as well as tax structuring and restructurings.
She also has extensive experience in banking, insurance and private equity, through work on major transactions carried out by European and American companies.
