Max Kremer is a Partner in the Private Clients practice of Arendt & Medernach. He advises on all aspects of corporate law, tax law, real estate law and civil law for the benefit of private clients and privately held businesses. He focuses on private clients, family offices and entrepreneurs at the national and international level, assisting them with global wealth structuring. He also advises clients on regulatory matters. Max has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2004. He is a reader in general commercial law at the Luxembourg School for Commerce (LSC) and speaks as a guest lecturer at other specialised schools and universities. Max Kremer holds a Master's in Law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (Belgium), as well as a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Tax Law from the University of Cologne (Germany).
