Mario DI STEFANO has over 25 years’ experience in Luxembourg and international taxation, both with respect to direct and indirect taxation. He regularly advises and assists clients in M&A and project development transactions and has successfully represented clients in landmark tax disputes before the Luxembourg courts.
Mario DI STEFANO founded DSM Avocats à la Cour in 2004; previously he was legal counsel and managing partner with a Luxembourg fiduciary, and partner at a Luxembourg law firm. Mario has been called to act as an expert in Luxembourg law before the High Court of England and is regularly called to give expertise on Luxembourg law before courts in Germany, France, and Belgium. Mario’s clients appreciate his ability to put his business acumen to work in crafting legal strategies for them.
He regularly speaks at conferences on corporate, tax law, contracts, and commercial transactions.
