Biography
As part of the Chilean M&A and International Tax Group, Loreto advises multinational companies’ investments in Chile and other Latin American countries with respect to tax structuring, acquisitions, and general tax advice for operations in Chile. She has participated in several projects related to asset acquisition transactions, spin-offs, transformations, internal leveraging operations, M&A, due diligence, as well as tax structuring advice for Chilean corporations.
Loreto was elected in 2019 as a member of the Global Board of PwC International Limited, overseeing the Firm's Network Leadership Team and its 250,000 professionals.
