Biography
Graduated in Economics at Universidad de los Andes, Colombia.
He has been working in Transfer Pricing for over 14 years. Gabriel has taken advanced Transfer Pricing Courses in International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD) in the Netherlands, and also in the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in France.
He has participated as a lecturer in several Transfer Pricing Seminars in the region. Gabriel has rendered services to a wide range of industries over the years, that include: mining, financial, pharmaceutical, energy, massive consumption, IT, telecommunications, among others.
