Joachim Bailly

Joachim is the lead partner of Deloitte Luxembourg's Indirect Tax practice. He has a broad experience in advising on the structuring of regulated and unregulated funds, including private equity, real estate, debt and infrastructure funds. Joachim also has a significant experience in advising clients in the FSI industry on a wide variety of VAT issues including the design of special deduction methodologies, the set up of cost sharing structures as well as VAT dispute resolution.

Joachim is graduated in business law / tax law from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne & Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and was a member of the Luxembourg Bar Association prior to joining Deloitte Luxembourg.
