Giorgio specializes in tax litigation (VAT, international tax, corporate income tax and registration tax); domestic dispute resolution (e.g. pre-hearing compromises, settlements before tax courts); cross-border alternative dispute resolution procedures such as Mutual Agreement Procedures under the Arbitration Convention and tax treaties.

He works with major clients from different industries on obtaining refunds (VAT, corporate income tax, interest etc.) from the Italian tax authorities, liaises with the Italian tax authorities during tax audits and compromise procedures, and represent clients in litigation before the tax courts.
