Head of International Tax Services – Italy
Eugenio joined KPMG in 1992 and has since been involved in some of the most significant tax projects within the Italian firm. He currently advises multinational groups on a wide range of ordinary and extraordinary tax matters, including M&A transactions, due diligence, international tax planning, and corporate restructuring. He also specializes in tax litigation and alternative dispute resolution procedures.
In 1997, Eugenio was seconded to the Indirect Tax department of KPMG’s London office. Upon returning to Italy, he then led the Italian Indirect Tax Department for 15 years.
He is the Partner in Charge of KPMG Italy’s International Corporate Tax team and oversees the Northeast region, including the Verona and Padua tax offices.
