Elina specialises in international tax and transfer pricing, with a focus on the structuring of business activity, investment and assets. She regularly works with family-owned businesses, start-ups and their investors, as well as multi-million enterprises on tax structuring of operations, business transactions and M&As, domestic, outbound or inbound. She has also developed significant expertise in the structuring and implementation of cross-border investments, having worked both on the side of private equity funds and other foreign investors, as well as on domestic targets across a number of industries. Elina has developed a particular expertise in advising families and UBOs of family businesses on wealth structuring and multi-generational governance matters.
She is admitted before the Court of Appeals. She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2003 and joined our firm in 2004.
