Diana specialises in corporate and international taxation and supports clients in a multitude of tax aspects, ranging from structuring investments & financing, to negotiating tax clauses in M&A projects and dealing with specialised tax matters of different industry sectors.
Diana also focuses on tax controversy and litigation and she has extensive experience in handling tax audits of multinational companies in different tax matters such as income tax, transfer pricing, VAT, stamp duty and real estate taxes. She works closely with clients in order to determine the appropriate line of defense and represents them before tax authorities and courts of all instances, including the Supreme Administrative Court. Prior to joining our firm, Diana worked as a Tax Lawyer at a Big 4 firm.
Diana is admitted before the Court of Appeals. She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2012 and joined our firm in 2019.
