Audrey is a Principal in the International and Corporate Tax department at ATOZ.
A tax professional in Luxembourg since 2006, Audrey started her career with our firm before gaining additional experience in a Big Four firm and law firms. She advises asset managers on a wide variety of international tax issues, with a focus on the alternative investment industry, including private equity and debt, and the structuring of funds.
Audrey holds a post-graduate degree in Luxembourg Tax, a Master’s degree in Tax Law from the University of Nice, France and is admitted to the Luxembourg Bar. Audrey is also a member of professional associations, Luxembourg Private Equity Association (LPEA) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
