Antoine is a Partner in the International & Corporate Tax department at ATOZ.
A tax professional since 2008, Antoine has experience in Luxembourg tax advisory, focusing on the private equity, real estate, and alternative investment sectors, as well as multinational corporations. He advises a wide range of international investors on tax matters of cross-border operations, set-up of investment structures, mergers & acquisitions, reorganisations and divestures. A secondment to Shanghai in 2012 allowed Antoine to develop additional experience in the field of cross-border operations.
Antoine is a CFA Charterholder, a member of the Belgium-Luxembourg Business Club, and he plays an active role as a member of the INREV tax committee.
Antoine is qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Luxembourg (“Expert-Comptable”). He holds a post-graduate degree in Luxembourg Tax, a Master’s degree in Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium.
