Based in Peru, MasValue is a transfer pricing driven firm which was formed in 2017. Tania Quispe leads the teams Transfer Pricing practice and Martin Ramos leads on Tax Compliance. The practice has led successful defense of a variety of energy, mining and telecommunications companies tax audits carried out by the Peruvian tax authority. MasValue maintains an alliance with law firm Rodrigo, Elias & Medrano assisting with Transfer Pricing services.  

During the research period, MasValue remained active throughout the region in Transfer Pricing matters. MasValue was involved in a Transfer Pricing dispute for a leading telecom company receiving a favorable outcome for the client. The firm continues to provide tax and transfer pricing services throughout the region, due to the nature of these matters details remain confidential.  

MasValue remains committed to growth as they brought on three new members to the team. In January of 2025 the firm welcomed new manager Ramzi Benzaquen, who joins the team from a previous position at PwC. The firm also welcomes new senior associates Alejandro Crispin and Juleisy Vasquez, both of whom also join from PwC.
