Founded in 2015, Kudun & Partners is a law firm that combines hands-on experience with a collaborative approach to get results for clients including corporations, family businesses and high-net-worth individuals. The team recently served as a lead counsel to a textile manufacturing and distribution company in Thailand and provided tax planning assistance. It worked with the client and developed a tax-efficient plan for its restructuring, ensuring compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
