During the research period, Elan Zaak’s transfer pricing practice was active throughout the region. The firm assisted  an alcoholic beverage company with transfer pricing matters to better optimize their intercompany transactions and supply chain model. The firm also assisted Industrias Penoles with transfer pricing matters related to royalty payments.
