Isadora has extensive experience advising multinational companies from different sectors regarding transfer pricing matters. Prior to joining Jáuregui y Del Valle, S.C., Isadora worked with Ernst & Young and Chevez, Ruiz, Zamarripa S.C.

During her professional career she has collaborated with different multinational companies advising on planning and implementation of different transactional strategies, on the valuation of their businesses, equities, portfolios and intangible assets, and transfer pricing audits achieving outstanding results.

Isadora is certified in advanced valuation by the University of New York - NYU and currently leads valuation projects of different kinds for some of the most important companies in the country.

Her expertise includes: the contemporaneous transfer pricing documentation alongside other tax requirements, elaboration and review of related parties informative returns, transfer pricing adjustments and deductibility requirements advise, equity, ongoing businesses, portfolio and intangible assets valuation, derivative financial operations analysis, strategic planning and determination of ranges of consideration in line with BEPS, advanced transfer pricing agreement (APA) and alternative mechanisms for dispute resolution.
