Gloria Guevara

Gloria is the partner leading Deloitte Peru’s transfer pricing practice. She has more than 24 years of experience advising multinational and local groups on transfer pricing matters across a wide range of industries, including mining, oil and gas, energy, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, and TMT. Her experience encompasses complex transfer pricing matters, including business and intangibles valuation, mining asset valuation, share transfers, audit defence, and advance pricing agreements, as well as transfer pricing policy design.

Gloria holds an executive MBA from the Adolfo Ibáñez School of Management and a degree in economics from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

She was named Transfer Pricing Practice Leader of the Year in Latin America (2022) by ITR World Tax and has received the Mining Economics award at the PERUMIN Mining Convention. Gloria is a board member of the Peruvian Institute of Tax Research and Development, a member of the tax committee of the National Society of Mining, Petroleum and Energy, and a member of the International Fiscal Association.
