Froukje Frerichs

Froukje is a director with the Deloitte transfer pricing team in the Netherlands, with almost 20 years of experience in TP. She specialises in solving TP issues associated with business evolution and digitalisation. Froukje has assisted many multinational companies with TP documentation, risk management, and the TP aspects of aligning operational and tax strategies.

Her recent projects include large-scale integration and conversion projects for multinationals active in multimedia, e-commerce, data centre technologies, and other tech and media. In addition, Froukje has experience in completing advance pricing arrangements, audit defence projects, and mutual agreement procedures involving negotiations with the Dutch tax authorities.

She has global and pan-European experience working in the Netherlands, including three years’ experience in Australia, where she worked on documentation and structuring projects in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. Froukje studied at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, where she was awarded master’s degrees in fiscal economics and business economics.
