Felix Felleisen

Felix is a partner at Deloitte Legal Germany based in Düsseldorf, specialising in corporate law and M&A. A German-qualified attorney-at-law, he heads the firm’s private clients offering and is also a member of the Dutch desk and Spanish/Latin America desk. Felix also serves as a reserve officer in the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr).

With more than 25 years of experience, his work focuses on advising clients on corporate law matters, M&A transactions, and corporate restructurings, often involving complex cross-border elements. This includes structuring asset and share deals, supporting both buy-side and sell-side transactions, and advising on cross-border reorganisations, carve-outs, and business relocations.
