Bernardo Misle

Bernardo is a counsel in the transfer pricing practice at Deloitte Spain, where he has built a career spanning nearly two decades. With a focus on transfer pricing controversy, he brings deep expertise across the full spectrum of transfer pricing dispute prevention and resolution, encompassing tax audits, advance pricing agreements, and mutual agreement procedures, as well as the design, review, documentation, and implementation of transfer pricing policies.

Since joining Deloitte Spain in 2007, Bernardo has been a central figure in the firm’s transfer pricing technical leadership, currently serving as coordinator of the transfer pricing technical committee.
