Kenya's DST could be the first in a spate of new taxes levied on MNEs

Multinational enterprises and tax advisors say Kenya’s digital services tax (DST) is an indication that more Kenyan taxes targeting large companies are likely to follow. Support from ATAF means that neighbouring countries may also follow suit.
