Polish law firm MDDP has promoted Magdalena Marciniak, the head of its transfer pricing unit, to partner.

Marciniak has nearly 10 years’ experience in transfer pricing and has previously worked for EY, where she was a senior consultant. She has experience in transfer pricing documentation, planning TP policies, audits, supply chain management and advance pricing agreements, among other things.
