Ryan acquires Altus International

Ryan, a global tax services firm, announced that it has acquired Altus International, a consulting firm based in the Netherlands, which provides transfer pricing, business restructuring and valuation expertise to multinational companies around the world.

The acquisition brings with it an experienced team of professionals who will be able to support the expansion across Europe. Michael Sijmonsbergen and Roderick Veldhuizen, founders of Altus International, will join the firm’s international tax leadership team and are expected to play an important role in the continued growth of the practice.
