BIAC’s speech at the OECD’s first global forum on TP

The business advisory body to the OECD, BIAC, was the only representative of business at the first annual global forum on transfer pricing held by the OECD in Paris on 26 and 27 March. Chris Lenon, chairman of the BIAC Tax Committee, spoke in the opening plenary session and has given TPWeek an overview of his speech.
