Lawyers launch new practice

A new transfer pricing consultancy opened its doors in Amsterdam on November 1.

Frank Schwarte, formerly of DLA Piper, and Joost Lagerberg, who was with KPMG, both lawyers, have set up Abel Advisory to offer transfer pricing advice and financial consultancy, for example, valuations for tax purposes and assistance in applying for the Dutch innovation box facility.
