Buenning set for new start

German firm GSK Stockmann & Kollegen has appointed Martin Buenning as a partner its tax department. He joins from Allen & Overy.

Buenning advises on the tax structuring of real estate acquisitions and M&A. He is based in the Frankfurt office.
