CIOT passes Riches on to Smith & Williamson

Tina Riches will become head of the national tax function at Smith & Williamson, from January 2014, replacing the retiring Richard Mannion. Riches joins Smith & Williamson from the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) where she held the role of technical director for the past seven years.
