Dechert elects new partner in New York

Joshua Milgrim is a member of Dechert’s international and domestic tax practice in New York. He focuses on the international and domestic tax aspects of public and private mergers and acquisitions, business structuring and financing transactions.

Milgrim also works with joint ventures, securities offerings, debt restructurings and workouts, and private equity transactions.
