Foster leaves Olswang

Field Fisher Waterhouse has a new contentious tax partner in London.

Hartley Foster is joining the firm from Olswang, where he has worked for the last three years. He was previously with DLA Piper and Clifford Chance.

Foster has acted on more than 40 reported tax cases in more than 13 years of practice. He advises on the technical and tactical management of enquiries by HM Revenue & Customs, leading to the negotiation and conclusion of settlements. His experience includes setting up and managing group litigation orders and devising EU law based tax planning structures.
