Dewey & LeBoeuf hires ex-A&O head of tax

Mark Brailsford has joined Dewey & LeBoeuf’s London office as a counsel. He specialises in work for bank and finance clients and joins the firm from Allen & Overy, where he was a partner for 15 years and was previously head of the tax department.
