Vendeville will be joint head of the department with Thomas Rabant. She advises on French and international taxation issues. She assists companies in corporate reorganisations, M&A transactions, transfer pricing policies and in the scope of tax inspections.
She also works with SMEs during their formation and development phase, particularly focusing on companies in the media, electronics, Internet and energy sectors.
Vendeville previously practised at Landwell (1997-2003), Taylor Wessing (2003-2008) and Nixon Peabody (2008-2011).
