Tax justice activists lobby UN to maintain SDG commitment to tackle corporate tax dodging

NGOs are concerned that heavy corporate lobbying could derail the UN’s attempts to crack down on tax avoidance and have written to the new UN secretary-general in an effort to keep up the pressure.
