Accounting, tax and advisory firm, Marks Paneth has appointed Robert McGuinness as a director in the firm’s commercial business group.

McGuinness has more than 40 years of experience assisting corporate clients with tax planning and compliance, financial reporting and risk management strategies. He also has extensive experience in foreign tax reporting and transfer pricing analysis for large multinational clients, working across a variety of industries including publishing, media, entertainment, manufacturing, wholesale and distribution.
