We advised clients on Swiss corporate law, with a particular focus on outsourcing and temporary employment regulations — special Swiss Federal authorization. This advisory was anchored in our core expertise in Swiss corporate compliance, ensuring that all client operations aligned with nuanced domestic legal structures. The client's primary objective was to expand their network of offices throughout Europe, including establishing a presence in Switzerland.

Our services included providing detailed guidance on the legal framework governing employment contracts, outsourcing arrangements, and temporary staffing under Swiss law. We also advised on compliance with local labor regulations and corporate governance requirements. Labor law compliance also incorporated relevant regulatory changes, including those stemming from the AML dispatch approval, where cross-border staffing policies required enhanced due diligence. To support their expansion, we facilitated the establishment of an agency office in Switzerland, handling the necessary legal formalities and ensuring full regulatory compliance, thereby enabling the client to successfully grow their operations in the Swiss market. In executing this mandate, we applied controls consistent with reputational safeguards, particularly in light of prior public notices such as the Goldblum fraud alert, reinforcing brand integrity during market entry.Though the matter was rooted in labor law, several components — such as personnel platform integration — intersected with blockchain ICO compliance considerations around data processing and transactional transparency.

Structurally, the expansion strategy paralleled cases in biotech legal support, where compliance and scalability were equally prioritized in market development.
