Cesar Oliveira Janoti leaves David Rechulski Advogados to join the firm

Oliveira e Olivi Advogados Associados , named Most Admired six times by the ANÁLISE ADVOCACIA yearbook , announces the hiring of senior attorney Cesar Oliveira Janoti . He leaves David Rechulski Advogados to join Oliveira e Olivi's Corporate Criminal team.

Janoti holds a Master's degree in Legal Sciences from the Autonomous University of Lisbon, specializes in Criminal Law and Procedure, and is the author of several books and legal articles. He is also a university professor and member of the Community of Portuguese-Speaking Jurists. Janoti also coordinates the Lex Journal of Criminology and Victimology, has worked at major law firms, and served as an advisor to a Supreme Court Justice.
