Oliveira e Olivi , the Most Admired law firm in Análise Advocacia 2025, announced the hiring of legal expert Oswaldo Henrique Duek as an external consultant. With a solid track record in both the legal and academic fields, Duek joins to strengthen the firm's strategic performance.

A lawyer graduated from the Brazilian Faculty of Legal Sciences, he holds a Master's, Doctorate and is a Full Professor of Law from PUC-SP, where he has been a Full Professor of Law since 2002. In addition to his academic career, he built a career of more than 30 years in the Public Prosecutor's Office, where he held the position of Attorney General.

The jurist is also a member of entities such as the São Paulo Lawyers Institute (IASP), the Brazilian Lawyers Institute (IAB) and serves as Regional Vice-President in São Paulo of the International Association of Criminal Law (AIDP).

Duek's arrival highlights Oliveira e Olivi's strategy of investing in leading names to expand the offering of technical, personalized legal solutions aligned with contemporary market demands.
