Britain may have overstepped its powers by trying to impose CbCR anti-avoidance regulations

The UK may have acted beyond its powers in its push to implement BEPS by including a targeted anti-avoidance rule (TAAR) in country-by-country regulations, according to Britain’s Select Committee on Statutory Instruments.
