TPA adds to strategic alliances

The global firm has added a US ally to its relationships.

Transfer Pricing Associates, which provides  transfer pricing and valuation services to clients around the world, has formed a strategic alliance with the transfer pricing and international tax practice of Gardere Wynne Sewell, a law firm with offices in Austin, Dallas, Houston and Mexico City, which is led by Mark Martin and Cym Lowell.

Gardere advises clients from industries such as energy, telecommunications and entertainment on advance pricing agreements, competent authority and double taxation cases, and domestic examination, appeals and litigation. It is also experienced in advising clients on transfer pricing to and from Japan.
