Leading Australian tax boutique Shaddick & Spence has hired a former partner of law firm Allens Arthur Robinson. Cameron Rider joined the firm earlier this month as a special consultant.
Rider will also continue his role as a professional fellow at Melbourne University law school where he is the director of tax studies on the postgraduate tax programme.
Rider, who specializes in corporate and international taxation, was a tax partner at Allens Arthur Robinson from 1994 to 2003 and has featured in International Tax Review's guide to the world's leading tax advisers several times.
