South African law firm Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr has strengthened its tax department with the appointments of Emil Brincker and Natalie Napier.
Brincker was formerly a tax director at Edward Nathan Sonnenbergs. His areas of expertise include income tax, value added tax, stamp duties, PAYE, capital gains tax and other fiscal statutes.
Napier was a senior associate at Edward Nathan Sonnenbergs. She has experience in the tax implications arising from Black Economic Empowerment transactions and drafting the contractual framework of these transactions. She joins Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr as a tax director.
